
As our Business Development Representative, your top priority is to drive the revenue goals of the company by positioning Traction Complete’s products as essential solutions to protect and grow revenue. You will be the tip of the spear when it comes to initial outreach and engagement with potential customers. Your job is to generate new opportunities through outbound activity as well as to refine and adapt our processes to be more effective.
Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions. The salary band for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
